Ankur Dhar DIRECTOR Asset FCM was started by Ankur Dhar, a Hospitality Professional with a side order of Engineering. After wearing various hats and with an emphasis on project management and operations, he ventured into the burgeoning entrepreneurial pool. Realizing a massive dearth of professionally run facility management companies, he decided to fill in the space. His education and work experience has fostered him in setting up one of India’s fastest growing Facility Management companies.
Jyotsna Dhar DIRECTOR Jyotsna Dhar, has been involved in research; thus understands the need for healthy and nurturing environments. Her eye for detail and understanding of complex requirements ensures that Asset FCM is a true market leader. She looks after back end process mapping and systems to ensure the optimal functioning of the company. She is also a Director on KBJ Facility Management LLP.
JOGINDER TEJANIA TERRITORY MANAGER, DELHI With over two decades of experience, Joginder is one of our key managers in the Delhi NCR region. Joginder has an inherent understanding of the rules and regulations along with the requirements of this region.
CHANDAN KUMAR TERRITORY MANAGER, EAST A graduate from Jadhavpur University, Chandan has over a decade’s experience. He manages operations for all our sites in East India including the Kolkata International Airport.
NITIN KAPOOR TERRITORY MANAGER, DELHI Graduate from Delhi university, with work experience of more than a decade with leading property management companies
Deepak Jhingan TERRITORY MANAGER, NORTH Deepak is a graduated from the University of Delhi and has over fifteen years of experience in Facilities Management.
JITENDER DASH TERRITORY MANAGER, GURGAON An engineer from Uttkal University, Jitender has over a decade’s experience. Jitender manages all our sites in Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, NOIDA, Ghaziabad and Greater NOIDA.
JITENDER BASISTA MANAGER- HR & COMPLIANCE Graduate from Delhi University and with more than 7 years of experience with various construction & manpower management companies, Jitender take care of HR & Compliance.
PRAMOD SAINI FINANCE MANAGER Graduate from Rajasthan University and with more than 10 years of experience with various Hotels and Construction Companies, Pramod takes care of all the Finance related issues of the company.
Ashish Kalra Graphics Designer Graduate in Animation and Visual Effects from Frame Boxx with more than 8 years of experience in the field, Has worked with brands like DC, Dream Design Studio. Ashish Takes care of all our graphics design and social media.
